COVID-19: Position Statement ECHM on HBOT
THE MESSAGE FROM ECHM
In response to the current and ongoing COVID-19 (SARS-CoV-2) pandemic, the European Committee for Hyperbaric Medicine (ECHM) has issued guidelines and recommendations for hyperbaric centres. The hyperbaric treatment environment creates unique challenges and risks, that need to be considered and evaluated, besides the general recommendations issued by local, national and international health care authorities.
This is a matter of urgency !
Let us face this unprecedented challenge, together, in concerted action, and take the necessary measures to protect our patients and (para)medical personnel.
